Orders are processed within 2–5 business days before shipping. Delivery times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Please note that delivery times may be longer during holidays or new collection launches.

Because every BudKid item is made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing or buyer's remorse. Please review our size guide before placing your order.

Returns & Refunds Policy

At Budkid, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible to return your item(s) in accordance with this policy and your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Your Right to Cancel

If you are purchasing as a consumer in the United Kingdom, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 daysof receiving your goods without giving a reason.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order by contacting:

You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, returned items must:

• Be returned within the applicable return period.

• Be unworn, unused, and in their original condition.

• Include any original packaging, tags, and accessories where applicable.

You may inspect items as you would in a physical shop, but we may reduce your refund if the value of the goods has been diminished by handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and function.

• The item(s) you wish to return

• The reason for the return (optional if exercising your legal right to cancel)

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the outcome of your refund request.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Where you are exercising your legal right to cancel, refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or evidence that they have been returned), in accordance with applicable UK consumer law.

Original standard delivery charges will be refunded where required by law. We may deduct from the refund any loss in value resulting from unnecessary handling of the goods.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, customers are responsible for the cost of returning items.

If an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible so we can arrange an appropriate remedy.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty:

• Personalised or custom-made products

• Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if they have been unsealed after delivery
